The publishing program includes an extensive range of scientific titles and popular works, as well as high-quality illustrated books and architecture guides. Annually, we publish 30-40 titles as original editions. We place particular emphasis on the attractive conceptual design of the books’ content, while clear design concepts and high production quality of our publications are equally important to us. The sharp image of our publishing house is based to a considerable degree on the development of various successful series of books. The titles published by Braun Publishing AG are distributed internationally and the content is accordingly conceived with an international focus. Lars Müller Publishers is an internationally active publishing house based in Zurich, Switzerland. It came into being in 1983, as a result of the bibliophile passion of designer Lars Müller. The house has made a worldwide name for itself – and not just in specialist fields – with carefully edited and designed publications on architecture, design, photography, contemporary art and society. The publishing program reflects Müller’s own diverse interests, documenting historical developments and contemporary phenomena by presenting compelling work in the visual arts and the design of objects and the environment and exploring its social and cultural relevance.

TRANSLATION GRANTS: The Canada Council for the Arts reimburses 50% of translation costs for literary works. SODEC (Government of Quebec) provides financial assistance which can reach 75% of translation costs, including linguistic revision fees, for a maximum of $ 12,500.
